How can I come to the property?
Once your booking is confirmed, detailed directions and the exact location of Villa Rosebud or the apartment will be shared with you, making your arrival simple and stress-free.
If needed, additional guidance or assistance can always be provided to ensure you reach the property comfortably and without any difficulty.
Is there a beach nearby?
Yes, there are three beaches within easy walking distance of the property, making it simple to enjoy the sea at any time of day.
The closest one is just a two-minute walk away, a clean and quiet beach with calm waters and a small beach bar for coffee or refreshments. Two additional beaches are also nearby, one on each side of the property, all easily accessible on foot.
Is there a specific check in/check out time?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
Arrival is flexible, as check-in can be completed independently at any time of day through a simple self check-in process with secure key access.
Check-out time is more structured, especially when there is a same-day arrival. However, when availability allows, some flexibility can be offered. Late check-out may be arranged upon request, depending on availability and possibly with an additional cost.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is permitted in the outdoor areas of the property.
For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the accommodation.
Do you offer every day cleaning?
